Red Shed is directed by David Ellis, who has 20 years’ urban regeneration experience in the public, private and third sectors. About David I have a successful background delivering major regeneration and Neighbourhood Renewal programmes, and am able to draw on a long and very well developed experience of operating at the local level. I have managed and delivered a wide range of consultancy contracts and have particular experience working within and for local authorities and the third sector. My work is driven by a few uncomplicated organisational values: Red Shed will only work where I can add value; Red Shed keeps fees and time charged to a minimum; Red Shed supports community development – I provide at least 10 days per year ‘pro bono’ to third sector organisations; Red Shed invests in clients to ensure sustainable solutions – I am practiced at knowledge transfer.
