Planning and delivering major urban regeneration programmes requires the ability to draw together a wide range of skills and experience.
Politics, judgement, organisation and high level administration are some of the attributes that Red Shed can offer. I know that programmes require demonstrable ‘early wins’, robust management and the successful community engagement.
Examples of my work include:

White City SRB programme (£24 million).
The White City programme was an economic and social inclusion programme. During the first three years of the programme I was responsible for management of the programme team, the early design and delivery of a range of local economic and social inclusion projects, ensuring effective engagements from the various partner agencies – including the BBC, local community organisations and Government Office for London. |

These included:
- Training to support the potential employment opportunities likely to occur as a result of the White City retail development (including influencing the section 106 agreement);
- Development of the local community infrastructure and the creation of a joint SRB ESF fund for the development of a local credit union;
- Refurbishment of a range of local community building and facilities in collaboration with Groundwork West London.
